Citizens Memorial Healthcare Becomes First MEDITECH Customer to Achieve Stage 7

Citizens Memorial Healthcare (Bolivar, MO), has become the first MEDITECH customer to achieve Stage 7 EMR Adoption recognition from HIMSS Analytics. Furthermore, Citizens Memorial Healthcare (CMH) is the first rural hospital in the nation to reach this impressive level of EMR adoption.

Health care organizations achieving Stage 7 are able to demonstrate a truly paperless hospital environment. All patient information is shared electronically throughout the hospital and health care networks, including participating hospitals, ambulatory clinics, and sub-acute care environments.

Denni McColm, CIO at CMH, is proud of her hospital's commitment to using technology to deliver quality patient care.
