Healthcare Informatics Interviews Parkview Adventist CIO Bill McQuaid

Bill McQuaid, CIO of Parkview Adventist Medical Center (Brunswick, Maine) was recently featured in a multi-part interview series by Healthcare Informatics. In the interview, McQuaid discusses how MEDITECH's integration has helped Parkview along their path to Stage 6 recognition. McQuaid recalls Parkview's journey from creating physician buy-in to surpassing industry standards and what he sees in Parkview's future. "You have to look at the big picture at the end and that’s kind of what our vision was," says McQuaid, "What it’s like for the whole hospital, not just these independent areas. You have to think of it as the whole."
