Customer Service Advisory Council

 
 
The Customer Service Advisory Council is a collaboration of customers, working in the area of Information Technology, who represent our broad customer base. In addition, we have management level representation from MEDITECH's Clinical, Administrative, Technical and Project Coordination areas.

   

The Customer Service Advisory council was formed to challenge ourselves to be creative, to innovate, and to think broadly about the different ways we can meet the needs of our customers. In our quest to generate new ideas and approaches, we have specifically focused on service support models and tools, updates and service releases, continuing education, and the enhancement request process.
