Procedure
- Combine tomato
juice, paste, cumin, chili powder and oregano.
- Pour over the beans,
corn peppers, and onions.
- Place in a buttered
baking dish.
- In a large pot,
combine the water and the corn meal.
- Stir over medium
heat until it thickens.
- Remove from heat
and add salt and egss.
- Still well and
spread over the top of bean mixture.
- Cover pan with
plastic foil
- Bake for 60 minutes
at 350 degrees.
- Remove cover and
back for another 10 minutes.
