Chicken Sierra

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 lb Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • A Dash of Salt and Pepper
  • 2 lbs of Rotini Pasta
  • Parmesan Cheese 1/4 Cup
  • Fresh Spinach 1/2 lbs

Procedure
  • Flour and Saute Chicken in Hot Oil Reserve
  • Add Tomato and Saute Season with Salt and Pepper
  • Add Wine and Lemon Juice
  • Let Cook for 3 Minutes add Fresh Spinach
  • Serve over Pasta with Parmesan Cheese
