Sesame Pork and Broccoli

Ingredients
  • Chicken broth
  • Corn starch
  • Soy sauce
  • Green onions finely diced
  • Pork tenderloin, trimmed
  • Fresh broccoli
  • Sliced red peppers
  • Hot cooked rice

Procedure

  • Combine Chicken broth, corn starch, and soy sauce in a small bowl and blend well.
  • Stir in green onions. Set aside
  • Cut pork tenderloin lengthwise into quarters.
  • Cut each quarter into bite size pieces.
  • Heat oil in wok or heavy skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add pork and garlic.
  • Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is tender.
  • Remove pork and keep warm.
  • Add broccoli and broth mixture to skillet.
  • Cover and simmer over low heat 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Add cooked pork and red peppers.
  • Cook just until mixture is hot, stirring frequently.
  • Serve over hot rice.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.
