Procedure:
- Trim
down one half chicken breast
- Season
with salt and pepper, lemon pepper, and olive oil.
- Turn
grill off on chicken.
- In
a mixing bowl, place mesclun greens.
- Toss
in orange slices, chicken, and walnuts.
- Mix
by hand
- Add
one ladle of dressing (follow recipe above)
- Place
chicken and mixture on plate.
- Arrange
pita chips on plate and enjoy.
