Pumpkin Walnut Bread

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 11/2 cup of pure pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoon af vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Procedure:

  • Butter a metal loaf pan (9x5 inches)
  • In the mediun bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients (use electric mixer)
  • Gradually add the eggs,vanilla,cinnamon, butter, sugar, milk, sour cream, and pumpkin
  • Mix for 2 minutes and transfer to the butter pan
  • Sprinkle with sugar and chopped walnuts
  • Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes
  • Cool in the pan for 15 minutes and enjoy!
