Preparation:
- Grill
chicken breast and let cool.
- Cut
into strips-approx. four per breast.
- Grill
salami and ham.
- In
a fry pan, put chicken, salami, ham,
and the provolone cheese, and let melt.
- Unfold
wrap bread.
- Lay
the mixture over the bread.
- Top
with the tomato basil compote.
- Wrap
roll jelly-roll fashion (fold the side part first-then
procede to wrap the length side to serve).
- Cut
wraps in half.
- Makes
4 sandwiches.
