Preparation:
- Saute
the beef.
- Season
with salt and pepper.
- Cook
for 3 minutes.
- Add
the onions, garlic, and cilantro.
- Cook
for 3 more minutes.
- Add
fresh tomatoes and tomato paste.
- Cook
at medium - high heat for 10 more minutes.
- Serve
over rice with fresh vegetable.
