Mexican Steak

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz of beef sirloin
  • 2-white onions
  • 3-fresh tomatoes
  • 1- can of tomato paste
  • 1-tsp fresh garlic
  • 1-bunch of cilantro
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:
  • Saute the beef.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the onions, garlic, and cilantro.
  • Cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Add fresh tomatoes and tomato paste.
  • Cook at medium - high heat for 10 more minutes.
  • Serve over rice with fresh vegetable.
