Grilled Chicken Reuben

Ingredients:
  • 5 oz Chicken Breasts
  • Sauerkraut
  • Cabbage
  • White Wine
  • Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Marbled Rye Bread
  • Butter/Oil
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Russian Dressing

Preparation:
  • Using a meat tenderizer, gently pound chicken, place on broiler, mark both sides.
  • Finish in oven till done 175 degree internal temp.
  • Make sauerkraut using green cabbage.
  • Shred cabbage, steam off for four minutes, add white wine, vinegar, salt and pepper, and then chill.
  • Take two pieces of marbled rye bread.
  • Place on grill with a little butter\oil blend.
  • Put Swiss cheese and Russian dressing on both sides of bread.
  • Add sauerkraut to one side of bread.
  • Take chicken from oven and place on top of sauerkraut put other piece of bread on top and enjoy.
