Preparation:
- Using
a meat tenderizer, gently pound chicken, place on
broiler, mark both sides.
- Finish
in oven till done 175 degree internal temp.
- Make
sauerkraut using green cabbage.
- Shred
cabbage, steam off for four minutes, add white
wine, vinegar, salt and pepper, and then chill.
- Take
two pieces of marbled rye bread.
- Place
on grill with a little butter\oil blend.
- Put
Swiss cheese and Russian dressing on both sides
of bread.
- Add
sauerkraut to one side of bread.
- Take
chicken from oven and place on top of sauerkraut
put other piece of bread on top and enjoy.
