Preparation:
- In
a large sauce pan cook the beef, onions and
peppers until the beef is browned.
- Add
water, tomatoes, beans, and tomato sauce and all
seasonings.
- Cover
and simmer over medium heat/low heat for 30 min.
- Add
corn chips at the end so they will be crunchy
- Garnish
with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
