Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350:F.
- Cook spaghetti in
water and onion soup mix and drain.
- Sauté onions,
green pepper.
- Add zucchini,
tomatoes, parsley and pepper.
- Cook about 5
minutes.
- In a greased
casserole dish, put spaghetti and zucchini
mixture.
- Sprinkle mozzarella
cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes
until hot and bubbly.
