Fruit Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 medium celery stalks,chopped (1 cup)
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup pitted prunes cut in half
1 tablespoon chopped macadamia or sliced almonds toasted

Preparation:
Mix mayonnaise, tarragon, and lemon juice in a medium bowl
Add remaining ingredients except nuts
Serve over mixed green salad or in roll-up sandwich
Sprinkle with nuts before being served
