Customers: Username and Password
The password protected Customer Service area of MEDITECH.com is available for MEDITECH customers only, each of whom are automatically enrolled in our MIX Customer Program and receives unlimited access to our web site. The MIX Program includes the entirety of our customer service offerings, including 24 x 7 x 365 support for your perpetual software license, all aimed at fostering optimal communication and interactivity between MEDITECH and our customers.
If you are a MEDITECH customer and do not have an individual web account set up, please first speak to the primary information systems staff member at your organization. Most likely, unless you are a brand new customer, your organization has already been set up with a MEDITECH.com "master user" web account and has taken advantage of the functionality to set up sub users. Our traditional "Physicians Web Site" and "Nursing Web Site" users should also now go through their IS departmen to create an account. Over98% of the content and tools available on the MEDITECH.com web site to support the MIX Customer Program can be found within the password protected Customer Service area, including the ability to:

access our general MIX support tools including the Knowledge Base, Product Enhancement Suggestion form, Discussion Forum, download MEDITECH software and more
review our HIPAA and Regulatory content area
utilize the new Development Resource Center to access product documentation, enhancement bulletins, service release information, validation guides and more
investigate a host of implementation and service HCIS product resources and training materials organized by application on our "Product & Resource Home Pages"
examine our events schedule detailing our Online Seminars, Classroom Seminars, Strategic Workshops, Executive Council Meetings, Road Forums and more.
A Customer Service username and password will also enable users to access the Physicians Web Site, Nursing Web Site and monthly MEDITECH Magazine.
