The password protected Customer Service area of MEDITECH.com is available for MEDITECH customers only. Our customers receive unlimited access to our web site, including 24 x 7 x 365 support for your perpetual software license, all aimed at fostering optimal communication and interactivity with MEDITECH. If you are a MEDITECH customer and do not have an individual web account set up, please first speak to the primary information systems staff member at your organization. Most likely, unless you are a brand new customer, your organization has already been set up with a MEDITECH.com "master user" web account and has taken advantage of the functionality to set up sub users. Our web portal users should go through their IS department to create an account. |
