The Medical and Practice Management Suite allows caregivers to individualize care plan tracking of health
maintenance and disease management items for each individual patient. Health maintenance items are suggested for a specific patient based on age, gender or specific medical problem. Access to this critical information from many different areas of the system increases the timeliness of appropriate care and facilitates quality management within your organization.
