MPM Patient Record

The Patient Record is an on-line patient clinical record designed from a provider's perspective. From one logically-designed and easy-to-use screen, health care providers can quickly view a detailed profile of the patient’s pertinent medical information from multiple care settings. Full details of clinic, hospital, and emergency visits and associated data are also accessible for review. In addition, it facilitates patient management for on-call and covering providers, allowing access to ambulatory records across the continuum of care and enabling users to quickly familiarize themselves with patients not regularly under their care.
