Sales and Marketing Support Representative

MEDITECH is looking for experienced professionals with excellent communication skills to support our Sales Representatives. Established presentation skills are a plus, as is the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Candidates must be able to self-manage within a fast paced team environment. Qualified candidates may be required to conduct a fifteen minute presentation to the hiring management team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing dynamic presentations and demonstrations utilizing MEDITECH's administrative, clinical or financial software to prospective and existing customers
  • Functioning as an integral member of a team supporting the sales representatives as a technical resource
  • Communicating effectively with hospital department heads and upper-level management
  • Representing MEDITECH at industry trade shows
  • Reviewing and responding to proposal requests
  • Participating in development meetings
  • Traveling 50-60%

Education & Experience

Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly favored. Ideal candidates will posses experience with outside sales and have a thorough understanding of a successful sales cycle.
