is looking for Spanish speaking staff to assist our
customers with software, hardware and connectivity/network/functionality
issues. This is an entry-level position, and training in
MEDITECH technology will be provided to qualified
candidates. Responsibilities
- Identifying and
troubleshooting technical issues related to
hardware, network, operating systems and
databases
- Providing ongoing
technical support to our customers in the
healthcare field
- Acting as a direct
resource for our customers
- Minimal travel may
be required
Qualifications
- Exceptional phone
skills
- Fluency in both
English and Spanish
- Professional
approach to problem solving
- Strong analytical
skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Customer technical
support on Window NT/2K/2K3, UNIX/LINUX
administration and Windows desktop environments
- LAN/WAN and PC
maintenance skills
- Programming
- Database management
and architecture
- Associates Degree,
Bachelors Degree or computer course work in a
computer related field is strongly favored
