The Recruiting Process
MEDITECH's Recruiting Team sincerely appreciates all those interested in seeking career opportunities with our company. MEDITECH's preferred format for receiving resumes is through eMail, over and above fax or traditional postal mail.

We take pride in contacting each applicant individually by phone or mail after thorough review of their resume and employment application, usually within 2 weeks of receipt. If you are unsure that MEDITECH would be a good place for you, please feel free to simply send us an Internet eMail note to discuss the possibilities before we engage in any formal paperwork or interview activities.

If you have been selected to interview at MEDITECH, you can expect:

* The initial interview will most likely take place in our Framingham facility, to be conducted by a Recruiting Specialist

* Subsequent interviews and visits will be conducted by the hiring supervisor

* Technical candidates should allow at least three hours for interviewing time, as an aptitude test will be administered during the initial interview, while other candidates should expect the interview to last around one hour

* Please bring the following to your initial interview:
- An additional copy of your resume
- A completed MEDITECH
