a uniform look, MEDITECH requires all exterior windows,
blinds and ledges are free of clutter and in working
condition.

reasons, please do not use toasters/toaster ovens or cook
microwave popcorn.

We ask that all tenants smoke in the designated smoking areas and use the ashtrays for cigarette and ash disposal. Thank you for your cooperation.

No animals,
bicycles or other vehicles are allowed in the building.

Open by card
access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The main
lobby's revolving doors open at approximately 8:00
AM, and the card access door unlocks at 7:55 AM
Monday through Friday.
After
Hours HVAC

Rita's Cafe is
located on the first floor of the main tower.
Take a left off the main lobby; Rita's is down
the corridor. The Cafe hours are 7:30am to 3:00pm
each weekday, breakfast is 7:30am to 9:30am while lunch is 11:30am to
2:00pm.

The front
parking decks and rear lots are available. Staff
should not park on the courtyard roadway or at
the front lobby entrance.

There is an ATM
located in the cafeteria alcove with the vending
machine.

Access cards are
available for Framingham staff. Cards are needed
to enter the facility after hours and on the
weekends. Card reader doors are located at the
front lobby and rear lower parking lot entrance.
