MEDITECH Customers Receive Quality Award

Congratulations to the 24 MEDITECH customers that recently received Total Benchmark Solution's Top 100 Quality Award. Total Benchmark Solution is a health care benchmarking, decision support, and consulting services provider.

Recipients were selected based on the quality measure data submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for the most common conditions that hospitals treat: heart attack, heart failure, and pneumonia care. The CMS began its Quality Initiative to collect, measure, and report quality of care data in 2003 in response to the Bush Administration's imperative to improve the quality of health care.
