Citizens Memorial Continues to be Recognized as Industry Leader

MEDITECH customer Citizens Memorial Healthcare (Bolivar, MO), has racked up an impressive number of industry accolades for utilizing I.T. to improve the quality and safety of their care delivery. As the recipient of the 2005 Davies Award and one of the smallest hospitals to achieve Stage 6 Electronic Medical Record adoption recognition from HIMSS Analytics, it is no surprise Citizens is continuing to catch the attention of our industry. Recently, two prominent industry magazines, Health Data Management and Healthcare Informatics profiled Denni McColm, chief information officer at Citizens. Both articles highlighted how investing in MEDITECH's HCIS and LSS Data Systems' Medical Practice Management (MPM) suite has led to seamless care across the continuum as well as increased safety in medication administration and reconciliation.
