Fraser Health Authority's MedConnect project was recently featured in an article, highlighting MEDITECH's Electronic Health Record, at Mission, MSA, Chilliwack and Fraser Canyon hospitals, and also quotes Neil Currie, chief information officer for Fraser Health. “Converting our four hospitals in the Fraser Valley to the FHA MEDITECH standard represents the culmination of over a year of planning and effort for our team, and I am tremendously proud of their professionalism and dedication,” Neil said. “This type of multi-site conversion had never been attempted before, and was not without some risk, but we had done extensive testing and planning, and we anticipated a smooth conversion."
