Adena Health System to Lead Efforts in $14 Million Southern Ohio Health Care Network

As part of an effort to unify health records across a 15 county region in Southern Ohio, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced it will be funding a $14 million project to connect health care providers through a secure fiber optic network. This grant will enable the Southern Ohio Health Care Network to work toward numerous initiatives to improve the quality of care throughout the community.

Because of its proven success for delivering innovative, patient-centric care throughout the community, MEDITECH customer Adena Health System has been selected to help lead these efforts.
