What's New

Interested in learning how MEDITECH's HCIS helps health organizations to share patient information throughout the continuum? Our Home Care solution is just one piece of the puzzle. We're also connecting communities across the acute care, home health, and hospice settings—while helping care providers to better monitor their patients' progress and treat chronic conditions.

To learn more, check out our new flyer, "Care without Walls," now available on the Products page along with additional Home Health, Hospice, and well@home Telehealth product resources.
