Customer Support Update: PTCommunity Bulletin Board Closed
Earlier this year, our new Home Care Web portal replaced both www.ptct.com and
The Conductor e-newsletter. As part of this update, we are currently evaluating the Customer Support side of the PtCT Web site and transitioning some of this content to MEDITECH.com. This week, we closed the
PTCommunity bulletin board on PtCT.com. MEDITECH prefers to use the new Home Care Web portal, and established customer service communication strategies, to exchange information with our home care customers.
