Exploring Safe and Sound Financial Strategies
National home care and hospice leaders join MEDITECH staff at the recent Financial Management Conference.
CFOs, home health agency directors, and I.T leaders from across the country recently met for one of the largest national home care trade shows, the 2010 Financial Management Conference & Exposition. Sponsored by the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and the Homecare & Hospice Financial Manager’s Association (HHFMA), the event enabled home care professionals to share their views on using new technologies to help improve their bottom lines.
Several MEDITECH representatives were on-hand to meet and greet attendees, as well as demonstrate MEDITECH's latest Home Care offerings. Education sessions spanned a variety of home care topics, including strategic planning and forecasting, and cost report accuracy.
"The NAHC Financial Management Conference is one of the most important national trade shows in home care," says MEDITECH's Marketing Representative Kevin Field. "This event was a great opportunity for us, not just because we were able to share information about our own solutions, but also because we had the chance to hear from national home care experts about the financial, legislative, and regulatory issues of the day."
