Whidbey Island Public Hospital District (Coupeville, WA) has chosen to implement MEDITECH's electronic health record system throughout its General Hospital and clinics, to facilitate more efficient, high-quality patient care.

In addition, the organization will use MEDITECH's home care solution, as part of its efforts to support the full continuum of care—both within and outside of the hospital walls.

Whidbey aims to eventually have a 100% paperless environment, with all documentation and ordering being performed electronically.
