This is an exciting time for our customers. We are rolling
out a new program - MEDITECH Information Exchange, or MIX. This program brings a more
strategic, focused emphasis to both educational forums and dialogue with our customers.
With information recently posted to our web site, and the 2000 regional MUSE meetings
currently underway across the U.S. and Canada, we want to continue to inform our
customers.
As a result, this issue is dedicated
to answering some of the frequently asked questions about the MIX program, its makeup, and
what it will mean for our customers. We chat with Senior Vice President Roberta Grigg
about the key components of the program. Also this month our second annual Physician CIO
Workshop took place. As you will read, the workshop offers insight into the benefits of
close interaction with peers and MEDITECH leaders.
Another customer service initiative
gaining increasing popularity is our Knowledge Base System. Learn how this database is
helping customers stay informed on some of the more common service issues.
