This month, we feature exciting updates on a reorganization underway at MEDITECH, as well as a focus on recent hardware news.
We are combining the efforts of our development groups. Through this, we expect to design products for our MAGIC and Client Server platforms that have improved functionality as well as a higher level of technical consistency. In our interview, Bob Gale discusses his new role as vice president of development, as well as the positive effects that our reorganization will have on customers.
We also introduce a new hardware option for customers, as Dell Corporation enters a partnership with us to provide servers and storage products for our systems. Other news on the technical front includes our support of Windows 2000 and SQL Server 2000, as well as several new solutions offered by longtime partners JJ Wild/Compaq and EMC.
In addition, we are happy to report that we will begin working with EMC to provide the province of Nova Scotia with a clinical information system linking 34 hospitals in that region.
