Client Training Specialist

About the Client Training Specialist Position
As part of our Client Services team you will facilitate training and installation of our Health Care Information System. This is an entry-level position, and training in the application software is provided to all new staff. Qualified candidates will be required to conduct a presentation for the hiring managment team.

What You'll Do in this Role
This position involves acting as the primary contact for clients throughout the implementation process; multi-tasking and communicating with staff members across multiple MEDITECH applications; providing customer service and troubleshooting application software issues; working in a team with programmer analysts to resolve any technical issues; working on group projects, interacting with development staff, and mentoring co-workers; processing requests for system enhancements or modifications to our evolving software; designing and maintaining application documentation; updating and maintaining an online project tracking system and traveling 60-75% of the time to conduct new customer training.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelors degree and/or applicable training and education, or customer service experience preferred
• Clinical, financial, administrative or departmental experience in a health care setting is a plus, but not required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Established presentation skills
• High desire to learn
