The Building makes the Fitness Room and the equipment installed in the Fitness Room available for use by the employees of tenants and occupants of The MEDITECH Executive Center. The Building does not require any pre use physical or medical qualifications for individuals utilizing the Fitness Room. Individuals utilizing the Fitness Room do so at their own risk.

The undersigned hereby acknowledge that his or her use of the Fitness Room is at his or her own risk and agrees not to seek any claim or recovery against the Building Owner or Manager for any injury or adverse condition that may result to the undersigned as a result of his or her use of the Fitness Room or the equipment located there.
